Toni Ann Chavez

Toni Ann Chavez passed away on August 25, 2026, at the age of 69. Born on July 24, 1957, Toni will be remembered with deep love by those who knew her and by the family she cherished so dearly.

Toni’s life was centered on family, and her love will continue to live on through those closest to her. She is survived by her beloved husband, Fernando Chavez, and by their children, Mark Colbert, Margarita Chavez, and Fernando Chavez II. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Mariah Haro, Fernando Chavez III, Marcello Cruz, Briana Ferrer, and Berenice Fernandez, each of whom was part of the joy and pride of her life. Toni was also a proud great-grandmother to Amaris, Ameeka, and Amado, and her love extended as well to her many step-grandchildren. She was also a dear aunt, niece, cousin, Godmother and friend to many. The legacy of her care, strength, and devotion will remain a lasting gift to her family.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothea Colbert; brothers, Timmothy Adams and Jorge Medina; and uncle/father Harold Adams. Their memories remained part of her life, and now she is reunited with them in peace.

Toni Ann Chavez will be remembered as a woman whose presence brought comfort and connection to her family. May her memory bring peace to all who loved her.
