Age 85, late of East Side, IL passed away Monday, April 20, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Rene C. deSantiago. Loving mother of Rachael (Apolinar) Rojo, Rene (Maria) deSantiago Jr., Rose (Manuel) Barraza and the late Edgar (Lisa) deSantiago. Caring grandmother of Daniel, Elizabeth, Lauren, Nicole (Diamond), Rene, Vincent, and Carina. Devoted great grandmother of three. Kind aunt of many nieces and nephews. Dear friend of John McGrath. Preceded in death by parents: Felipe and Rosa Vasquez. Raquel was dearly loved by Agar’s many friends and neighbors.
