Patricia M. Perez, age 47, late of Chicago, IL., passed away on January 23, 2024. She was born on February 23, 1976, and left an indelible mark on the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing her. Patricia's warm presence and kind nature will be deeply missed by all who loved her.

Patricia's memory lives on through her surviving family and friends. She was the beloved wife of Francisco Pacheco and the loving mother of Michael Pacheco, Javier Pacheco, Tatiana Pacheco, and Crystal Pacheco. Patricia was also the precious daughter of Jesus y Amparo Perez; her parents must find strength during this difficult time. She leaves behind caring siblings Norma Perez, Jesus Perez, Sally Perez, Julio Perez, and Yesenia Perez. Patricia was a dear aunt to numerous nieces and nephews, who will forever cherish the love and guidance she provided.

Patricia M. Perez was a beacon of light in the lives of those who had the honor of knowing her. Her kindness, compassion, and selflessness touched the hearts of everyone she encountered. Nació el 23 de febrero de 1976 y dejó una marca indeleble en los corazones de quienes tuvieron el privilegio de conocerla. La memoria de Patricia sigue viva a través de sus familiares y amigos supervivientes. Fue la amada esposa de Francisco Pacheco y la amorosa madre de Michael Pacheco, Javier Pacheco, Tatiana Pacheco y Crystal Pacheco. Patricia también era la preciosa hija de Jesús y Amparo Pérez; sus padres deben encontrar fuerzas durante este difícil momento. Deja atrás a sus cariñosos hermanos Norma Pérez, Jesús Pérez, Sally Pérez, Julio Pérez y Yesenia Pérez. Patricia era una tía querida para numerosas sobrinas y sobrinos, quienes siempre apreciarán el amor y la orientación que brindó.
