Age 86, late of South Chicago, passed away Saturday, November 9, 2019. Beloved husband of the late Martha Garcia (nee Arias). Loving father of Isidra A. “Shelia” (late Marco) Aguilera, Roxanne Garcia, Michael A. Garcia, the late Lorraine “Cricket” (John) Bjork, and the late John (Carmen) Garcia Jr. Devoted grandfather of 15. Proud great grandfather of 24. Kind uncle of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents: Isidra and Chano Arredondo; and many siblings. John was a good dad and will be greatly missed by his family and friends. John proudly and honorably served his country in the U.S. Army.
