Age 86, late of South Chicago, IL., passed away Friday, December 18, 2020. Beloved Husband of Crescencia Landeros Martinez. Loving Father of Albert “Beto” ( Debbie ) Martinez, Carolina ( Jim ) Simpson and Jesus L. ( Rose ) Martinez. Caring Grandfather of Jesus Martinez III, Valerie R. ( Juan Morales ) Torres, Vanessa G. Martinez, Florence Marie ( Phil ) Garza and Freddy Mardice II. Devoted Great Grandfather of Lysette Flores, Renee De Hoyos and Dominic Garza. Dear Brother of Carlos, Honorio, Roberto, Silvia, Esparanza and Elsa Martinez Veloz. Kind Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by Parents: Honorio Martinez and Carmen Veloz; and Siblings: Carlos, Honorio, Silvia and Esparanza.

With respect to State of Illinois Guidelines during this time of Covid-19, the visitation is limited to 10 people or less at a time, social distancing and face masks that cover the mouth and nose are required upon entry (face masks will not be provided by the funeral home or cemetery).
