Obituary

Irene Dehill, born on November 25, 1961, in Mexico, passed away suddenly and entered eternal rest with her mother in Heaven on March 1, 2026, at the age of 64.

Irene devoted her life to loving and serving those around her, making community service a central part of who she was. What began as a calling soon became a passion—she truly fell in love with serving her community and helping others in any way she could. Her faith was the foundation of her strength, compassion, and unwavering generosity.

Irene also found happiness in the simple and beautiful moments of life. She loved cooking for her family and friends, expressing her love through the meals she prepared. Her garden was another source of pride and peace, where she nurtured plants with the same care and devotion she gave to those around her.

She was a loving and devoted mother to her four children: Alfredo Arceo, Brian Hill, Daniel Hill, and Pierre Soto. Her nurturing spirit extended to her grandchildren, Matthew Arceo-Maddy and Isaac Hill, who knew her as a caring and supportive grandmother. Irene was also a proud great-grandmother, embracing the joy and blessing of each new generation that entered her life.

Irene was preceded in death by her parents, Adela B. Arceo and Miguel Arceo Carrillo, and her brother, Heriberto.

She was a cherished sister to Miguel, Amador, Jesus, Ismail, Guadalupe, Ofelia, Eduvina, and Petra. Each of them carries treasured memories of her kindness, warmth, and steadfast support.

Irene Dehill will be remembered fondly by her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of love, faith, service, and devotion to family will continue to inspire everyone she touched.
