Age 82, late of Slag Valley, passed away Thursday, May 14, 2020. Beloved husband of Soledad Silva. Loving father of Jesse Silva, Frank Silva Jr. and Jose Angel Silva. Proud grandfather of David Keith Silva. Dear brother of Ricardo, Tiofila, Florina, Louis, Roman, Bonifacio, Solomon. Kind uncle of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents: Solomon and Prima Silva.
