Francisca Bugarin

Francisca Bugarin, a woman of grace and strength, passed away on May 16th, 2023 in South Deering at the age of 77. Born on March 9th, 1946 in El Durazno, Zacatecas, Mexico, Francisca lived a life of love and kindness. Her passing has left behind a hole in the hearts of those who knew her. Throughout her life, Francisca was known for her kind and gentle nature that touched everyone who crossed her path. She had an unmatchable devotion to her family; her love for them was immense and unwavering.

Francisca was a lover of nature, spending most of her time gardening and nurturing the plants and people that surrounded her. Her passion for nature exemplified the way she lived her life, full of love and compassion for all living things. Her love for others extended far beyond humans, as Francisca had a deep bond with her loyal companion, Scrappy. They were inseparable and brought endless joy to each other's lives.

Francisca is survived by her daughter Yolanda (late Benjamin Almazan Jr.) Sandoval; five grandchildren: Erika Harden, Stephanie Khabeer, Leobardo Rubalcaba, Christen Almazan and the late Gina Almazan. She was also a devoted great-grandmother to Serenity Randolph, Tyler Randolph, Khalani Khabeer, Jerami Harden, Johnni Harden, Jaymie Harden, Joenis Harden, Katleya Rubalcaba and Illiano Rubalcaba. Francisca is also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Rigoberto Sandoval, and her daughter Guillermina (late Leobardo Sr.) Rubalcaba.

Francisca will always be remembered as a kind-hearted woman who went above and beyond for everyone she met. Her unwavering devotion to her family was matched only by her generosity towards those around her. Francisca had a passion for the arts, specifically singing and dancing. Francisca was also an amazing cook, delighting her friends and family with delicious dishes that were made with love. She enjoyed making traditional Mexican recipes and loved nothing more than cooking up a big meal for everyone to enjoy together. The world has lost a true gem with her passing.

Rest in peace Francisca Bugarin - your spirit will forever live on through the memories you leave behind.
