Age 62, late of South Chicago, passed away Friday, January 23, 2015. Loving father of the late Anthony David de la Paz. Caring brother of Joseph (Jean) Rodriguez, Jessie de la Paz, Henry (late Carol) de la Paz, Steven (Michelle) de la Paz, Theodore de la Paz, Lupe Perez, Mercedes de la Paz and the late Linda Serrato. Kind uncle of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents Jessie and Lucy de la Paz. Alfonso proudly and honorablly served his country in the U.S. Army.
